Visit data

The website records your IP address, visited URL and visit time for basic traffic statistics. It also uses IP addresses to detect and block suspicious requests. The hosting provider may maintain technical logs for server operation and security.

The purposes are monitoring visits and maintaining the website’s operation and security. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in these purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data may be accessed by the controller and providers of technical maintenance or hosting.

Cookies and external links

The iqgym_language cookie remembers your language choice (English or Slovenian) for one year. It is set when you select a language and can be removed in your browser settings. The promotional website does not set analytics, advertising or session cookies. IQGym+ and the App Store have their own privacy notices.

Data retention

The application currently has no automatic deletion period for visit records and blocked IP addresses. For information about retention of specific data, including the hosting provider’s server logs, contact us at the address below.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
